Where are the stock markets going now : DOW open on downside breaking S line a second time. As always in NYSE the robots could be waiting for a bull run up to yesterdays high which is technically possible. However the 21 MA in 2 hr chart has turned down instead of crossing 34 MA which is bearish sign.
